RFP: Exploration of Critical Issues Emanating from Japan’s March 11th Disasters

CGP is announcing a new request for proposals, on the Exploration of Critical Issues Emanating from Japan’s March 11th Disasters.  This new grant program is part of an organization-wide commitment to long-term recovery efforts in Japan following the tragic events of March 11th, 2011.  Through this new RFP, CGP seeks to support US-Japan collaborative projects aimed at finding solutions to challenges currently faced by Japan as well as projects that will share lessons more broadly learned.  Successful applicants can receive up to $100,000 per year for 3 years.  Concept Papers are accepted on a rolling basis, but they must be received by September 1, 2011.  For more information on this RFP, please go to the program page.
