Medieval Japan Teacher Institute

A free, week-long institute on medieval Japan for Grade 7 World History Teachers. Inspired by content presentations by UC Berkeley history professors and Asian Art Museum curators, teachers will develop lessons using literacy strategies to teach about Japan. Includes history content, strategies and standards-based applications, a disk of artwork images, and priority registration for museum school programs. To be held at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco.
