CGP to host Panel Session at Partnership for Global Learning Annual Conference; Friday, June 28th

20-Jun-2013 We are pleased to announce that CGP will be hosting a panel session at Asia Society’s Partnership for Global Learning Annual Conference (PGL13). From this session, entitled “Use Technology to Create Global Classrooms with the Japan Foundation Center for Global Partnership,” participants will walk away with ideas on how technology can be used for professional development and student exposure both in and out of the classroom, as well as strategic ways that it can be woven into the curriculum. The interactive panel discussion will feature representatives from the Asian Art Museum, Primary Source, and Stanford University’s Stanford Program on International and Cross-Cultural Education, all of whom have received grants from CGP toward their development and use of online materials, using the study of Japan as a platform. A brainstorming session with workshop attendees will follow. For more information about the conference, please visit their website. The conference schedule is available here.
