Japan Travel Program for US Future Leaders 2014

This year's Japan Travel Program for US Future Leaders took place from August 16th-26th, 2014.  We had fifteen participants from thirteen different APSIA (Association of Professional Schools in International Affairs) institutions.  The program provides participants with a firsthand knowledge of Japan and Japan's role in global affairs.  Students traveled to Tokyo, Onagawa, Hiroshima, Kyoto, and Osaka this year and met with academic experts, ministry officials, NGO leaders, and entrepreneurs.  They also had time to take in the sights and experience Japanese culture through a stay at a traditional Japanese Inn and visits to temples and shrines.

For more information about the program and this year's participants, please see the program page.
